Featuring Corsair Charters

Southern Breeze Spring 2007 "What could be better than sailing along eating freshly cracked crab, steamed shrimp, corn on the cob, potatoes, and more on a refurbished Biloxi schooner? Not much that I can think of! Orange Beach, Alabama-based Corsair Charters offers guests 60 feet of deck space to catch a glimpse of a beautiful sunset, have a romantic moment on the foredeck, or watch Captain Mike Broussard haul in the evening’s catch."

www.fabuloustravel.com "Boat charters on the Corsair include some of the freshest seafood you will ever eat. Why? Because Captain Mike and crew pull up the crab traps and shrimp nets right before your eyes, before carting the contents off to the galley to be prepared for your dinner!"

The Huntsville Times Aug. 5, 2007 "....the Captain pulls the net onboard and dumps the catch, keeping the shrimp but tossing the small shimmering silvery fish in gentle arcs - one by one - back into the water.... Already attracted by the trawl net, the dolphins swim much closer, splashing as they jump and dive for the fish. Seagulls also spot the flying fish and swoop down into the exhilarating feeding frenzy. This is better than any Vegas show."

Country Roads Jan 2008 "With a light breeze, we skimmed across the waves and each took our hand at the wheel. The Corsair pulled a trawl net and hauled in shrimp and crabs that became our dinner a little later on. We had the back bays all to ourselves this winter afternoon, and so we ended the weekend as it had begun, enjoying the private pleasures of winter at the beach."
